Merge the feature/cg branch
The feature/cg branch is changing the Problem functionality, adding support for conversion of problem types between each other. This enables, for example, solving algorithms like Conjugate Gradient (CG) to operate on any problem that is convertible into a QuadricProblem, including automatic application of the normal equation where necessary.
