Pusher SensorGroupTemplate: Also replace partial template specialization with derived SensorGroupTemplate for entities

Pusher: Refactor ConfiguratorTemplate once again. Replace partial template specialization with derived ConfiguratorTemplate for entities

- This allows to use additional features in the plugin, e.g. templates
for single sensors

setting publish to false for sensors which get aggregated to another sensor (they shouldn't be published).

-CollectAgent and Pusher adapted for special handling of event data
-Handful of other fixes and improvements

-can send event data from cali service to pusher plugin
-refactored sample data symbol lookup: is now done by cali service
-cali service only sends timestamp and data-string to pusher plugin
-outstanding TODO: push event data into separate Cassandra table

- Added override qualifier to nextReadingTime() in IPMISensorGroup
- Re-added mariadb to list of dependencies

Caliper-plugin QOL improvement

Make IPMIHost::sendRawCmd() generic and move the actual parsing of the response to IPMISensorGroup::readRaw()

Only minor improvements today
It seems that dynamic symbol address are currently not computed correctly

-detect a subset of symbols in shared library even if stripped
-fix a critical bug which lead to skipping of function symbols
-both changes increase the memory overhead drastically...

-fixes on both sides
-finish first implementation of pusher plugin
-still requires quality of life improvements

- querySensor does not return NULL pointers anymore, but always
the "buffer" input argument
- the previous implementation was more descriptive of error statuses,
but much more prone to leaking memory in case of improper usage
- Also fixed a warning in the MSR plugin

-Fixes and improvements to Caliper service
-Start work on Pusher plugin
