Extend Makefile to compile BACnet plugin. Some bugfixes to BACnet files. However, there are still some compiler errors left to resolve

Further testing required. Remove test code afterwards

Partially revert last commit: Remove Logging file; instead every class/object gets his own logger as member-variable

Also fix 2 compiler warninge (signed-unsigned compare)

Remaining TODOs:
network logic to obtain XML-file
use appropriate lock when sensor accesses PDUUnit
make reading XML more generic?

Outsourcing of sysfspusher.cpp into multiple classes is now complete

Minor fixes to SYSFSSensor

Sensors are now an own class as well.
Adapt Makefile accordingly.
It is now possible to define default sysfsSensors in the config.
See sysfspusher.conf for an example.

Move configuration parser to new class Configuration. Add configuration parameters for IPMI session timeout and retransmission timeout.
