Implementing more cache info to avoid doing excesive job updates. Implementing all ratio metrics. Renaming some metrics which were missleading

- Hierarchical units are now supported across the framework in all plugins

- The configurator now accounts for hierarchical units
- Added checks in existing plugins to enforce flat/hierarchical units
- DISCLAIMER: this has likely broken the framework until I refactor OperatorTemplate

Adding all metrics to the configuration. Please NOTE: This invalidates the previous configuration files. The names for each metric have changed and are now standard to the type Metric_t in SMUCSensorBase.

Fixing small bug in configurator. SMUCSensorBase: giving numbers to all Metrics (these will be used in the database as ids). Operator: changing some logs.
