Caliper-plugin QOL improvement
Add missing config documentation for Caliper service

Create sensor names from mqttsuffix if not configured otherwise and vice versa. For sensor groups that use entities, create group name from entity name if not configured otherwise.

Allow for empty plugin configuration subtrees, i.e. don't have to specifiy config or path parameters if defaults should be used anyway

Pusher plugin requests index rebuild if PC could not be resolved
Changes not tested yet

- If a subSampling value of 0 or lower is chosen for a sensor, it will
never be pushed out over MQTT/Cassandra and only kept in memory
