Add -p parameter for plotting data points
Don't sort temp files to avoid confusion with timestamps of differing number of digits (should be unnecessary since data comes sorted from the db anyways).

use the new dcdbconfig db fuzzytrunc command to remove entire rows
of data that are getting too old.

Crank up values for tombstone warn and error thresholds.

Adds -f option to dcdbquery and dcdbunitconv.

Sets gc_grace_seconds to 600 for dcdb.sensordata upon creation.
