incremental values
- Naming and MQTT topic selection are performed automatically
- Useful to stress test the collectagent and verify overall performance

- Added a qosLevel parameter for MQTT communication in the config
- Can either be 0, 1 or 2
- Default is 1, but setting a value of 0 can help improving latency
in case of extremely high message rates
