The tools currently use the new CQL API for Cassandra (while DCDBLib is still using Thrift). It is intended to move DCDBLib ober to the new API so that many of the functions of the two tools will actually be handled via DCDBLib calls.

Application is only a "hello world" dummy a.t.m.

Finalized the documentation effort of DCDBLib and updated the Makefile to do dependency checking for the make docs target.

The SensorID type now includes a Rsvd field that is filled
by DCDBLib when saving data to avoid overflowing a Cassandra
key with more than 2^32 columns.
