EulerFV headers

Hi,

in EulerFV there seems to be a mismatch/inconsistency between the MyEulerSolver.cpp and MyEulerSolver.h

on the repository this is the function used: void EulerFV::MyEulerSolver::eigenvalues(const double* const Q, const int normalNonZeroIndex, double* lambda)

but there is no such signature in the header generated by the toolkit. I assume const int normalNonZeroIndex, const int d and const int dIndex refer to the same variable.
