Optimised kernels won't compile if Architecture is noarch

The toolkit should stop processing if Architecture=="noarch" but optimisation="optimised" is selected and raise an error, instead of building nonworking code which won't compile. Otherwise, users will be confronted with C compiler errors like

which are hard to understand.
