Naming convention for arguments of Solver.h functions vs. template functions for generic kernels

The current naming convention is confusing and should be rethought.

We need to emphasise that the user flux, eigenvalue and initial value functions for generic kernels do pointwise evaluations while the actual Solver.h functions like the refinement criterion work with all basis function coefficients of a cell.

This issue led to a lot of confusion on the user side.
