Doc/multiline docstrings

Fixes a couple bugs in the auto-documentation:

• Includes indentation for multi-line parameter docstrings s.t. they are rendered accordingly on the docs page
• Fixes math notation (was: ..., is now: :math:`...`)
• Makes sure itemize environments are printed as such
