In "ThreatCognitionModel.java", implemented Gerta's wish and added "pedestrianIsBlockedByObstacle()"

#306 fixed implementation according to feedback. To change between connecting lines and trajectories change a boolean constant in PostvisualizationRenderer.java

This reverts commit 4f871980.

To activate the post visualization add a contacts.traj output file with TimestepPedestriansNearbyIdKey as key and a corresponding PedestriansNearby Processor with attribute printForPostVis set true

Simplified "CognitionAndBehavior" test scenarios by using only five output processors instead of eight

5. FootStepPsychologyStatusProcessor

Refactored and simplified "TargetChangerController.java" to improve readability and added test scenarios under "ModelTests/TestPsychology/ScenarioElements" to demonstrate new functionality
