The seed seems to work correctly since java11. Therefore reduce the
sim time to speed up the CI. The test are NOT removed and still
executed each time to ensure the seeds kepp working.

- Initialize group already configured in given pedestrians

In "run_seed_comparison_test.py" and "run_vadere_console_with_all_scenario_files.py", increased timeouts to avoid errors during CI pipeline.

Further changes:
- Renamed test directory "TESTOVM" to "TestOVM".
- Renamed test directory "TestOSM_Group" to "TestOSMGroup".

Maven's JaCoCo plugin version 0.8.3 newly uses a whitespace character to separate numbers and percentage sign.
Therefore, adapted regular expression.

In "run_vadere_console_with_all_scenario_files.py", enabled print statements in "run_scenario_files_with_vadere_console()" again.

Also added method "print_summary()".

In "run_vadere_console_with_all_scenario_files.py", marked three additional scenarios as long-running tasks.

The three scenarios are:
- basic_4_1_wall_gnm1
- thin_wall_and_closer_source_nelder_mead_ok
- thin_wall_and_closer_source_pso_could_fail

In "run_vadere_console_with_all_scenario_files.py", set timeout of long-running scenarios to 480 seconds and added "TestSFM" to long-running scenarios.
