call postLoop in ProcessorTest Abstract class

A VadereWriter must be created everey time the write Method of
an OutputFile is called, to ensure the underling stream is not closed.

1) VadereWriter encapsulates the output of an OutputFile. It allows to
change the output e.i. from PrintWriter to List<String>.

2) Remove dependencie on ProcessorManager in init call.

Create Attributes in Processor constructor to ensure the right subclass
of the attributes. Reset data map before simulation for each processor
to ensure a clean starting environment.

This must be set even if the output directory is not valid yet. If
a new VadereProject is created but not saved, there is no representation
of the project on the hard drive and thus no output directories to load
from. ProjectOutput did not handled this correctly.
