[GUI] RealTimeSimRatio does not slow down simulation smoothly
The variable realTimeSimRatio can be used to slow down the simulation. But the simulation is not slowed down smoothly. That means, that with a higher ratio, the movement of the pedestrians is still not smooth. Instead it seems like there are just pauses added between moves.
