Change PedestrianPositionProcessor to use interpolation of PedestrianFootStepProcessor

This makes the PedestrianPositionProcessor more precise about the position. Furthermore, it uses the same processor PedestrianFootStepProcessor which we plan for a new visualization processor.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
