Not all affected output files are highlighted green under "Output files" when clicking corresponding scenario in scenario table

Usually when clicking a scenario file, all corresponding output files under "Output files" should be highlighted in green.

Furthermore, following methods are never called (dead code?):

• removeMarkedOutputFile
• addMarkedOutputFile
