Removes instrumentation on Release builds

Ghost User requested to merge no-instrumentation-in-release-mode into dev-v2

Disables instrumentation for coverage in release builds.

Bug Fixes

  • [cmake]: Instrumentation for coverage was always on, even in release builds. This slows down a lot of things.
