chore: Download files from elsa, general cleanup

This lays the groundwork to merge elsas 296 MR. Instead of hard coding the examples, they are now pulled from the given branch and then build. I wanted to do this for some time now. We can therefore now break API in the examples without breaking the CI pipeline (hopefully)
