[csf] Temporarily suspend role

There are a couple of issues in Ubuntu 22.04, and the lecture will not be active next semester.

@hm-eggers @orehek I am deactivating the role in the upcoming release that is installed in lab PCs. We can still get it fixed for the student and cluster release.
