Revise for renode and mono-repo dependencies

Revises the its tag for PlatformIO, Renode and dependency on mono-repository:

  • remove renode workaround for incompatibility of mono and PlatformIO
  • bump apt key checks to keyring (deprecated apt-key with 22.04 LTS)
  • invoke chrome updates from !98 (merged) to satisfy CI

Requires rebase of branch after Merge Request !98 (merged).
