I know there are some things missing...but at least it does something.

If the binaries are existing, please call: "./runTests.sh nomake", otherwise just "./runTests.sh" and wait... It produces a logfile in the folder Results/#DATE/ with all info.

2D and 3D added next week and some cleanup (maybe runTests_1D.sh goes into "scripts" as well, but for now/testing it is useful here...)
