adding three ship parameters

Adding support for commonocean projects. (see e.g. https://gitlab.lrz.de/commonocean/commonocean_sim)

I suggest that future commonocean projects should use a separate repository for vessel models parameters.

An alternative would be to generalize this repository to incorporate both vehicles and vessels in two separate parameter templates which model various features of both types for complex models.
