Added coordinate transformations and updated to newest commonroad-io version.

The missing transformations between curvilinear and cartesian coordinates (marked by TODOs before) are now realized using the commonroad-drivability-checker. Updated usage of commonroad-io visualization functionality. Set version of qp-solver in requirements to certain one, as some newer versions do not work (i.e. then no solution is found; the reason tbf).
