Installation process
Summary
The README.rst claims python 3.6 to 3.9 are supported but at least installing in editable mode needs pip packaged with python 3.9.
Steps to reproduce
conda create -n "mcs-dev-tmp" python=3.6
conda activate mcs-dev-tmp
pip install -e .
What is the current bug behavior?
ERROR: File "setup.py" or "setup.cfg" not found. Directory cannot be installed in editable mode: /home/matthias/Documents/Phd/ConfigurationSearch/mcs/timor-python
(A "pyproject.toml" file was found, but editable mode currently requires a setuptools-based build.)
What is the expected correct behavior?
pip install -e . just "works"
Possible fixes
Reduce set of supported python versions to 3.9 for now.
