Modules DB Header

We still miss a way to uniformly define standard robots for a module DB or the standard model generation parameters. This is a suggestion how to encode this in the stored ModulesDBs.

Affected:

• Module Schema
• Update on server (only before accepting this MR else all other MRs fail; push to schemas main)
• Other Module DBs provided by cobra via API (esp. modrob-gen2 for test case)
