Allow includes
Problem: omnetpp.ini can contain file includes. The suqc controller copies the file includes into a temporary file which is finally deleted.
Bug: the postchanges do not work any more. I will create an issue.
2024-05-08: Due to updates GitLab will be read-only for approximately half an hour and unavailable for about 15 minutes between 13:00 and 15:00.
