Extend logging + refactoring

Currently, the ControlModel works with and without the psychologyLayer. I have added a dataprocessor that monitors when information was set at the the pyschologylayer. I have decided to always use the psychologyLayer in combination with control actions.

Therefore, I have simplified the ControlModel
