Fix migration v2_0 (v2.0) to v2_1 (v2.1)

Rahn, Simon requested to merge transmission_model_sw_architecture_revision into master

Previously, the migration did not account for node healthStatus in scenario files that contain agents without a target. Now, an agent's healthStatus is included and an infectionStatus is added.
