group image creation buttons in online- and postvis

Schuhbaeck, Stefan requested to merge guiButton_issue80 into group_models

online and postvis have slightly different setups in creating the icon bar. I implemented the group separately for each view model. This could also be implemented once for both but then more refactoring is needed.
